The position

Job description

As the Country Manager - UK, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all teams in London, contributing to business development, and handling the financial management of our subsidiary, Arlettie London.

 

As a true ambassador for Arlettie, your responsibilities include:

 

Event Supervision:

With the support of three dedicated Account Managers and your retail team:

  • Ensuring the flawless execution of each event, from the delivery of the offer to handling remaining items, maintaining impeccable inventory quality, the respect of high merchandising standards and managing customer footfall...

  • Building and maintaining brand relationships and satisfaction.

  • Monitoring KPIs for each event.

  • Implementing and monitoring the group's retail processes and standards.

  • Overseeing showroom operations and ensuring the perfect presentation of our space:

    • Monitoring ongoing projects.

    • Improving the showroom.

    • Managing relationships with external service providers.

    • Overseeing showroom maintenance.

 

Business Development:

  • Managing the Business Development team in coordination with the group's business development team in Paris and the Arlettie CEOs.

  • Actively participating in discussions with strategic prospects.

  • Negotiating with future partners until the contract is signed.

  • Actively contributing to the construction and optimization of our event sales calendar.

 

Marketing and Membership Team Supervision (3 people):

  • Strategically defining CRM action plans.

  • Overseeing operational implementation and data management.

  • Optimizing marketing tools in collaboration with our IT department.

  • Monitoring the development of Member and VIP subscriptions.

 

Business Management:

  • Collaborating with Arlettie CEOs to develop the annual budget.

  • Monitoring the realized budget throughout the year.

  • Comparing the P&L for each sale vs. the budget.

  • Reconciling data and results at the end of the year.

  • Providing regular reports to Arlettie CEOs and the financial department.

 

Human Resources Management:

  • Managing the HR manager.

  • Monitoring expenses vs budgets for each event.

  • Overseeing the onboarding of new back-office collaborators.

  • Actively participating in creating the perfect organizational chart (and thus recruitment).

Preferred experience

Coming from a prestigious business school, you should have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the retail sector and team management.

 

HARD SKILLS

  • Experience in purchasing.

  • Confirmed experience in retail.

  • Confirmed experience in B2B client relationship.
