Job description

To support Arianee’s expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Account Manager (AM) who will support two Senior Account Managers in their daily tasks and get the opportunity to develop her/his skills by managing their own client portfolio.

The Junior Account Manager intern will integrate a relatively new (early 2022!) department, supporting the team in creating the processes and workflows needed to provide our clients with the best experience in order to foster customer satisfaction, loyalty and upsell. You will support and increase the growth of accounts by being a key party from project kick-off, and by developing long-term relationships with brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Account Managers in the preparation of weekly client meetings and workshops
  • Run competitive intelligence and benchmark web3 initiatives from brands of diverse sectors
  • Support the team in the preparation of Project reports, business reviews, and other client presentations
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts under the supervision of the Senior AMs, ensuring project success from kick-off to go-live, and making the relationship grow with our clients in-between projects - connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Make the customer experience even more seamless and smoother and optimize for customer happiness, retention and growth within your portfolio
  • Contribute in developing an action plan to expand our presence within the accounts by identifying and proposing expansion or upsell opportunities
  • Provide insights on customer journeys design and activation plans strategies
  • Maintain Arianee’s CRM up to date
  • Inspire Customer Success across the Company: work closely with the Sales and Delivery teams and other internal stakeholders in order to support growth
  • Help build efficient processes and best practices as part of a growing team and company!

Preferred experience

  • Business school - Masters degree
  • Marketing and business development skills
  • Previous experience in Account Management / Business Development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Relationship management including with C-level and executives, ability to get people on board through negotiation and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • English fluency
  • You are resourceful and flexible, technologies and sectors you never dealt with are opportunities and not constraints
  • You are a great listener, what matters the most to you is finding solutions to problems your team or customers have told you about
  • Previous experience in the fashion or luxury industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of the web3 ecosystem is a plus
