Our Delivery Team is looking for the new Project Manager 🤩 ! The team is made of 7 people in charge of support Brands & internal teams in their projects’ delivery. This mission requires building direct relationships with customers and delivering top-notch project management.

For this, your missions will consist of:

• As a fully trained Project Manager, you will have to learn, understand and master our various Arianee products.

• You will have to assist in the creation and preparation of internal and brand projects, you will be in charge of the various deliverables and following tasks :

  • Animation of  kick-off and project workshops, 

  • Configuration of the SaaS platform,

  • NFT minting,

  • Customer journey design,

  • Definition and follow-up of project retroplanning,

  • Follow-up of the project for on-time delivery,

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

• You will be a real support to the end customers, supporting the efforts of the Sales and other teams on a daily basis.

• You will work closely with the Tech and Product team to test new features and give constructive feedback.

As a team player, you will be expected to help contribute to and reinforce effective processes and best practices within a growing team and company.

• You are looking for a one-year apprenticeship contract from September 2023,

• Your are fluent in English and French,

• You have a first experience in project management or customer success for a company or a consulting firm,

• You love working on new projects and make innovative propositions,

• You are a great listener, what matters the most to you is finding solutions to problems your team or customers have told you about,

• You are resourceful and flexible, technologies and sectors you never dealt with are opportunities and not constraints,

• Your are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills,

• Team player, but at the same time, you can take ownership of assigned projects and can work independently,

• Knowledge of the web3 ecosystem is a plus!
