You’ll join our client ACCOR’s Ditigal Experience team, part of the Digital & Business Factory.
Global content partnerships management : media management, photo/video, translation agencies, etc.
Management of a series of global preferred partnerships aimed at enhancing the quality of our users’ content experience while optimizing the content RoI of Accor stakeholders (Hubs and Hotels)
Follow-up of partnerships and contractual relations with the Purchasing and Legal teams
Identify innovative new solutions able to boost Hotel Content engagement and overall business performance and manage RFPs for new projects
Operational support for the migration of content to new stacks:
DAM: definition of migration prerequisites, ongoing monitoring and management
PIM: support for the migration of hotel content from HOD to PIM
Change management and spokesperson for business needs
Definition, formalisation and communication of Tools’ guidelines and processes (PIM/DAM/CMS)
Collect of users’ feedback and coordination with the technical team to guide évolutions on the tools (PIM/DAM/CMS)
Coordination with CMS teams to harmonize DAM/CMS change management and evolutions
Project management and organizational skills

Proficiency in CMS, DAM (AEM tool) and PIM management
Vendor relationship management (VRM)
Capability to take initiatives and navigate difficult conversations with key stakeholders (business, marketing, product management and IT) over strategy and delivery
