Job description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and outcome-driven Project Manager to lead Agile delivery initiatives across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong adaptability, stakeholder coordination, and risk management skills in a fluid scope environment. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

  • Managing evolving requirements with a focus on outcomes

  • Coordinating with stakeholders across time zones

  • Conducting risk assessments and resolving blockers

  • Producing sprint reports and executive summaries

  • Maintaining dashboards in ADO and Empower

  • Working flexible hours to support global teams

  • Ensuring quality assurance and enforcing “Definition of Done”

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

·       ServiceNow Proficiency: Deep understanding of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

·       Proven experience managing Agile projects with fluid scope and evolving priorities.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.

·       Experience with Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

·       Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Empower, and Agile reporting dashboards.

·       Ability to work across time zones and manage virtual teams. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist)

  • Experience in outcome-based delivery environments

  • Exposure to enterprise-level Agile governance models
