Your role

As part of the Payment & Fraud Management team based in Paris, you will work on several of the projects on payment, payment terms, fraud, and recovery that lead to reach our mission: 

• Reducing any friction for retailers

• Maximising access to "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL)

• Investigating fraud patterns from our users

• Analysing customer feedback and social media review to improve our customers' payment experience.

• Collaborating with external partners such as Hokodo and Stripe to strengthen our payment and fraud prevention capabilities.

• Working on operational finance tasks

About you

• About to start your end-of-study internship or gap year internship for engineering or business school (internship agreement required)

• Proven analytical skills

• A strong interest in payments and sensitivity to technological/digital subjects

• Fluent French and very good English level

• Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel

• Previous experience in financial/accounting services a plus

• Can deal with difficult client situations
