Ankorstore was founded in 2019 and has recently closed a $250 million Series C funding. We have over 450 employees and want to continue to scale strongly. About Your Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you will join the Operations team, which is at the heart of Ankorstore business. The Operations team’s vision is to ease our customers’ life while proposing them great services. You will be in charge of managing our customers’ requests and making sure we provide them with everything they need :
You will be the front line, go-to resource for customer questions and platform issues,
You will Support our Brand and Retailer partners with their requests, needs, and issues,
You will take care of complex issues regarding our marketplace Operations and find solutions to solve them as fast as possible,
You will be involved in our continuous improvement process and propose new ideas or areas of improvement,
You will be part of an international team and have a possibility to support not only our customers but also your colleagues.
What we are looking for
2-3 years of Customer Care, Sales, or related experience
Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
You are a real problem solver
You speak German and English.
French is a plus.
Most important qualities to succeed in this role :
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as we currently support through a variety of channels including phone, email, and chat
Empathetic and understanding to our customers’. Our mission is to ease our customer life, and we want to stick with this.
Organized, disciplined, and attention to detail
Confident adapting to a fast-paced company environment
Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task as our customer needs may be complex
