Brands, in turn, benefit from a strong network and efficient tools to extend their reach and boost their activity.

The Team
Logistics is a pain for both retailers and brands. Independent retailers struggle with inventory management and reliable delivery, while brands prefer to focus on marketing and product. Our mission is to delight our customers by creating an amazing product and delivery experience. We want to set new standards for businesses and brands.
We help brands ship their orders seamlessly and everywhere by partnering with the most relevant logistics partners. We help retailers by respecting the promised delivery date, decreasing click-to-order lead times, securing inventory, and ensuring the products come in perfect condition.
So far, the products were all stored and prepared at the brand’s premises. We just rolled out our first Fulfillment offer, where Ankorstore stores products and prepares orders on behalf of the brand. We believe this is essential to reach new delivery service levels while decreasing our costs. Our first Fulfillment Center opened at the beginning of July 2022 and is currently ramping up as we are onboarding new brands.
Main responsibilities
The AE fulfillment team is responsible for selling Ankorstore's logistics solution. Your mission will be to identify, convince and support high-potential brands already online on Ankorstore who could integrate this logistics solution.
We're discussing a full-cycle upsell mission, from qualifying opportunities to onboard the brand at the fulfillment center. You'll be at the heart of a strategic project for Ankorstore's development in 2026.
This full-time position will involve the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):
Fulfillment Acquisition : Identify, convince and support high-potential brands already online on Ankorstore who could integrate our logistics solution. Full cycle acquisition management - Meetings, pitches, logistics integration management, performance forecasts, churn risk management.
Process optimisation : Everyone in the team is responsible for the optimisation and execution of the fulfillment and sales initiative rollout.
Coordinate with brands to ensure timely and accurate stock deliveries to our Fulfillment Center. Make sure that the first month experience of the brand at the center is a success!
Inter-team collaboration : Actively participate in cross-team initiatives to improve play performance. Collaborate with different teams such as Logistics, Marketing, Operations and Customer Support to drive initiatives that improve the brand experience in fulfillment.
Requirements :
Sales experience: you have already been confronted with the different aspects of sales (cold-call, pitch, negotiation, closing).
Comfortable with figures: you're not afraid to go into detail when calculating costs and margins, and you're comfortable presenting figures to your audience.
Resilience: after a rejection, you always look on the positive side of things, and believe that hard work will eventually make things happen.
Logistical knowledge is a plus: you have basic knowledge of logistics.
Organisation: you need to be able to work on different aspects simultaneously (cold call and closing, for example). It's important to be organised to keep all your subjects moving in parallel.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change and taking on new challenges. Willingness to make a significant contribution.
Tools: you know how to use Excel / Google sheet. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. We also use Mixmax, Aircall, Modjo, Google suite (Google Sheets, Google Doc, Google slide...)
Languages : French: 100% required.English: very good oral and written comprehension (internal communication often in English), good oral communication skills.
