About the Role:

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Madrid-based Pocoyo team and help lead the next chapter of one of Spain’s most iconic animated IPs. You’ll oversee day-to-day production, coordinate complex 3D animation projects with external studios, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise all stages of 3D animation production for the Pocoyo series.

• Coordinate with external studios and partners, building collaborative long-term relationships.

• Troubleshoot challenges, find creative solutions within project limits, and maintain high production quality.

• Represent the production team in meetings when needed, keeping communication clear across all stakeholders.

• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and processes beyond pure execution.

• Operate independently without an assistant, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–4+ years as a Senior Production Coordinator or Supervisor in CGI/3D animation, ideally on complex projects.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, quick problem-solving, and excellent communication in both Spanish and English.

• Leadership: Empathetic, calm under pressure, collaborative, and able to guide teams and partners with tact and “soft touch.”

• Mindset: Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup-style environment.

• Collaboration: Experience managing subcontractors or external service studios.

• Commitment: Available to work full-time from the Madrid office on a hybrid basis (3-2)
