We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Animation Coordinator to join our dynamic Pocoyo team. Key Responsibilities

Production:

• Support the Line producer with daily tasks.

• Coordinate all aspects of animation production, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.

• Facilitate communication between the various teams and stakeholders, to ensure a seamless production pipeline.

• Ingest all deliverables ensuring that are correctly labeled, stored, and shared for easy access.

• Address and resolve any production issues, delays, or roadblocks promptly and effectively.

• Assist with review feedback with internal teams, external vendors and service providers

• Record all feedback from review meetings and follow up with meeting notes/reports

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in production, preferably within the CGI animation.

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Great organizational skills

• Team player

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external teams.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor in Animation or Production

• Knowledge or experience in educational content for children.

• Experience working with international clients or managing remote teams.

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail suite and knowledge of production tracking databases (eg. Flow Production tracking) is preferred
