We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Store Manager to lead our future shop composed of 3 sales assistant, where each team member will play a key role in shaping the store's success from day one.

You are ready to:

• Drive performances: Ensure that each customer receive a tailored experience to create a relationship with your regulars but also your tourists. and manage inventory and back-office operations efficiently.

  To lead the team members to achieve goals and KPI and to reach company expectations.

• Keep your store on point - Follow visual merchandising guidelines, ensure a clean, organized, and inviting space.

• To keep up company standards: To follow the merchandising guidelines, to create an inviting and well-being environment.

• Lead and inspire - Train and motivate your team, represent our brand's DNA and values, create a supportive, loyal, and passionate team culture, and communicate transparently and authentically.

• To deliver tailored trainings with your team and follow up individually to ensure a flourishing environment through our brand DNA, values and a transparent communication.

Salary range: between 75 000$ and 90 000$ depending on the profile

You have ideally a successful experience in the Retail.
