We’re running and continuously improving a scalable growth engine across France and Europe. To support this effort, we’re hiring a Junior Lead Gen Manager to own a key part of our lead generation engine: producing outbound leads at scale and managing the automation and routing of inbound leads.
This is a highly operational role at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Sales. You’ll ensure inbound requests are processed quickly and accurately, and that outbound prospecting starts with high-quality, enriched, and well-routed accounts.
Your ultimate goal: feed the Sales teams with around 2,000 leads per year that they can convert into deals.
You’ll join the Revenue Marketing team and work closely with RevOps and Sales. Your day-to-day work is a mix of lead sourcing, enrichment provider management, automation ownership, and continuous improvement.
You make sure inbound demand is handled quickly and correctly so Sales can focus on the right opportunities.
You build and operate a reliable outbound “supply chain,” from sourcing to CRM-ready accounts, delivering quality leads to Sales every week.
