We’ve had some big achievements. We work with some of the largest (re)insurers in the world, having launched two market-leading products within the space, and are now looking to further expand into the primary insurance market. Join Allphins and work closely with the founding team to continue developing this market leading solution.
Once here you will:
Become the first SDR in the commercial team, working closely with the founders and the rest of the commercial team to expand the business
Map target accounts, developing relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts to drive new opportunity creation
Be responsible for outbound lead generation, delivering highly personalised outreach across multiple channels
Work closely with marketing to develop assets (website, blogs, articles etc.) required to attract inbound leads, and to use as support for outbound activities
Update and enrich CRM database, updating the existing company database based on relevant market developments and maintain the associated contact database
Continually work to improve sales and outbound processes, with a focus on efficiency to drive top results
Track your leading indicators of success to ensure you hit your pipeline generation targets
Participate and represent Allphins at industry events, co-ordinating logistics with event providers where required, and ultimately manage pre and post event follow-up to generate leads

Adaptability to succeed in a fast paced, high growth environment where the answer is not always clear
A disciplined, methodical and process driven sales approach : you’ll be skilled in managing time and resources; leveraging internal stakeholders to support your ability when generating new opportunities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess how best to generate interest, leverage AI systems to identify opportunity triggers, and develop account strategies.
Highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Comfortable using CRM tools and experience in data-driven platforms is a plus.
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with the insurance or risk management industry is highly desirable; experience in specialty insurance is a plus
Knowledge of the insurance and/or re-insurance space
