    SEAFOOD PROJECT

    RESPONSABILITÉS

    Nous recherchons un technicien(ne) de laboratoire agroalimentaire pour notre département de développement de produits sur une nouvelle gamme de produits.

    • Participer à la mise en place et réalisation de protocoles expérimentaux (formulations produits et autres)
    • Suivre / gérer de la base de données R&D (fiches techniques, documentations techniques
    • base de données fournisseurs, rédaction de protocoles / rapports / résultats expérimentaux etc)
    • Entretien & nettoyage du laboratoire.
    • Suivre / gérer des stocks de matières premières et de fournitures laboratoires
    • Préparer les produits d’échantillonnage à destination d’ événements et rdv stratégiques.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are looking for a food laboratory technician who will be responsible for:

    • Participate in the implementation and execution of experimental protocols (product formulation and others)
    • Follow up/manage the R&D database (data sheets, technical documentation, protocols/experimental results etc.)
    • Maintenance/cleaning of the laboratory
    • Monitor/manage raw material/laboratory supplies inventory
    • Prepare sample products for strategic events/meetings

    Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) des arts culinaires ayant les compétences suivantes :
    - Technique de laboratoire

      - Hygiène et sécurité
    • Maîtrise des plans de nettoyage
    • Maîtrise de la gestion de la chaîne du froid

    PROFIL

    Ce poste exige un niveau d’expérience intermédiaire. Vous devez être capable de travailler à l’échelle paillasse et sur pilote ou ligne de production agroalimentaire.
    Une expérience dans la formulation de substituts végétaux aux produits de la mer serait un plus.
    Vous évoluerez dans un milieu dynamique et innovant où vous serez amené à travailler sur des produits alimentaire à plusieurs niveaux de développement.

    PROFIL
    This position requires an intermediate level of experience. You must be able to work at bench scale and on pilot or food production line.
    Experience in the formulation of vegetable substitutes for seafood products would be a plus.
    You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you will be required to work on food products at several levels of development.
