We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and work closely with our Marketing Lead and the Sales team. You will play a key role in building and executing our marketing activities, with a strong focus on content creation, while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and sales enablement.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, versatile marketer who enjoys writing, working on diverse projects simultaneously, collaborating with different teams, explore new markets and helping structure marketing processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
Content & Editorial (core focus)
Create and manage a wide range of marketing content in both FR and EN, including:
blog posts
LinkedIn posts
white papers
newsletters
website content
videos
sales and marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies)
Adapt content for different audiences (prospects, leads, customers, etc.)
Collaborate with internal experts (Sales, Customer Support, Product, Leadership) to turn insights into compelling content
Manage the editorial calendar and content production workflow
Demand generation & Sales support
Work closely with the Sales team to:
support ABM campaigns
create sales enablement content
align messaging with sales priorities
Contribute to campaign planning and execution (content, emails, landing pages, LinkedIn campaigns)
Help track and analyze content and campaign performance
Events & field marketing
Support the organization and execution of events:
trade shows
in-house events
webinars
Help prepare event-related materials (booth content, presentations, follow-ups)
Coordinate with external partners and internal teams when needed
Marketing is a key growth driver for our company, and content sits at the heart of how we generate demand, support sales, and build credibility in our market. As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will play a direct role in shaping how we tell our story, to prospects, customers, and partners, across all channels.
Your work will help structure and scale our content engine, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time. By working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams, you’ll transform on-the-ground insights into impactful content that fuels campaigns, enables sales conversations, and supports market expansion.
Must-have
Master degree with business studies
1-3 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred)
Strong experience in content creation (editorial, copywriting, storytelling)
Fluent in FR and EN (written and spoken)
Comfortable working in a startup / fast-growing environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and other teams
Nice-to-have
Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, industrial, or complex products
Experience with ABM or demand generation campaigns
Experience supporting or managing events
Familiarity with Hubspot
Interest in building processes and improving how things are done
