Job Description

For this purpose,LOD1 Internal Control Officer:

At Holding level:
  • Participates to the definition, implements and keepsL1C governanceup to date,in line with SG Group principles (rules and perimeter of the L1C to apply)
  • Defines, implements and keepsL1C frameworkup to date, in line with "Activities Processes Risks Controls" (APRC) methodology (including the management and monitoring of MyAPRC tool, and corresponding reporting to theAyvenstop management and SG Group); regularly reviews the quality, consistency and adequacy of L1C frameworkdeployed
  • Isthe ultimate owner ofAyvensL1C Libraryand main correspondent on it for all stakeholders, keepsL1C Libraryup-to-date and aligned with the overall L1C framework
  • Acts as the ultimate owner atAyvenslevel ofL1C Toolsand the main correspondent on them for all stakeholders
  • Ensures thatLOD1 Functional Ownersare wellidentified, animatesLOD1 Functional Ownerscommunity , who, based on their expertise,are responsible to contributeto the definition, implementation andkeeping L1C frameworkin their respective perimeterup-to-date and well performing (inputs for L1C design and L1C results' analysis)
  • Develops and animatesLOD1 Internal Control community(at Regional / Local levels), raising awareness and expertise through dedicated trainings, radio calls, operational guidelines, workshops, etc. and through theLOD1 Internal Control Sharepointby maintaining its content
  • Consolidates, challenges, and analyzes theL1C quarterly campaigns' resultsfor theAyvensperimeter in order to report on the activityto theAyvensmanagement and SG Groupwithin Permanent L1C Operational Committee
  • Contributes to / providesL1C data for other committees and reportingsupon request (such as ICCC, LOD1 Internal Control Quarterly dashboard, COMCO, etc.)
  • Carries out "Local LOD1 Internal Control Coordinator" role forAyvensHolding

Supervision of local entities:
  • As LOD1 Internal Control Coordinator, is themain contactfor Regional / Local LOD1 Internal Control Coordinators on a day-to-day basis
  • Provides dedicated trainings and is thefirst line of support on L1C Toolsfor Regional / Local LOD1 Internal Control Coordinators on a day to-day basis
  • Oversees / supports / challengesRegional / Local LOD1 Internal Control teams to ensurethe good implementation of L1C framework
  • When applicable, coordinates and oversees Local LOD1committees (ICCC, Permanent L1C Operational Committee, etc.)

Other:
  • Contributes to the improvement of the data quality management
  • Interacts with different stakeholders (onCentral, Regional and Local levels):LOD1 Business Owners,LOD1 Internal Control Coordinators, L2C teams, LOD3 teams, SG Group supervisors

  • Knowledge of the Leasing business is an advantage
