Job description

Albert School is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support the execution of its paid media and content marketing strategy. Working directly with the Head of Digital, you will help implement and optimize our acquisition campaigns and support the production of performance-oriented marketing content.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign execution: assist in building, scheduling, and monitoring paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (YouTube, Search…)

  • Creative operations: participate in writing ad copy, adapting visual formats, and helping test different variations of campaigns

  • Content marketing: support the drafting of marketing emails (newsletters and automated journeys) and assist in content coordination for SEO purposes

  • Help with community management

This role is ideal for someone interested in the operational and technical side of digital marketing, with a high attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred experience

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital or a related field

  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (English is the working language for most marketing assets ; speaking another language amongst French, Italian or Spanish is a plus)

  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a methodical way of working

  • You are familiar with – or highly motivated to learn – tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Google Sheets, and basic CMS platforms

  • You are comfortable handling multiple tasks at once and able to meet deadlines

  • You are curious, precise, and technically minded – and enjoy improving processes and execution

  • You show interest in the education sector, tech, or growth marketing

Recruitment process

  • Introductory call (early September) to discuss your background and present the role in detail

  • Practical assignment to complete at home

  • Final interview with the team to review your work and answer any questions
