We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to reinforce our finance team. This role is central to our financial operations, with a strong focus on monthly reporting, internal audit implementation, cloud cost tracking, investor communication, ESG tracking, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly Closing & KPI Reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly financial dashboards with key SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, CAC, etc.)
Develop performance variance analyses (vs. forecast, budget, and prior periods)
Collaborate with accounting to understand variances and with FP&A lead to improve future forecasts
Drive consistency and accuracy in reporting
Internal audit implementation
Risk mapping / RACI matrix
Review of procedure compliance
Access rights review
Verification of the completeness of supplier invoice recording / monitoring of the payment process
Review of compliance with intercompany agreements
Investor Reporting
Complete ad hoc financial and ESG reporting requests for investors, including detailed commentary
Support cross-functional teams in providing data and insights for investor decks
Cost Tracking & Optimization
Track and analyze operational and departmental spend vs. budget
Provide cost visibility to department leads and propose cost-saving opportunities
Participate in reviewing procurement decisions and spend commitments
French Tax Credits (CIR)
Contribute to documentation and analysis related to Crédit d’Impôt Recherche (CIR)
Coordinate with R&D, legal, and accounting to ensure eligibility and compliance
ESG Initiatives & Strategic Projects
Maintain dashboards and tracking tools for ESG initiatives (e.g., carbon footprint, DEI, governance)
Support internal stakeholders in setting, tracking, and reporting ESG goals
Participate in transversal company projects, including ERP enhancements, new processes, or international expansion efforts
Miscellaneous
Support company and finance initiatives that will materialize as the company grows
You are a hands-on FP&A professional who combines strong financial rigor with a practical, business-minded approach. You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment where priorities evolve, and you know how to bring structure, clarity, and forward-looking insights to support decision-making across teams. You communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and you’re able to challenge assumptions constructively while staying solution-oriented.
EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
You have 2+ years of professional experience in audit or FP&A roles.
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
HARD SKILLS
Strong financial analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Strong interest in audit, particularly internal audit
Familiarity with BI and ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite, Looker, Power BI) is a plus
Good understanding of SaaS metrics and ESG frameworks
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a scale-up environment
