About Tomorro

Since 2020, Tomorro has been reinventing collaborative contract management, helping hundreds of companies save time and regain control over their contracts. As part of our growth, we are launching a new product: Oro Standalone, an AI legal assistant that enables legal teams to gain up to 50% productivity in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts. We are now experimenting with different European markets and are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Founding Account Executive to build the go-to-market strategy and close the first deals in the UK with this new product.

Your Missions

1. Launch and Sell Oro Standalone in the UK

  • Generate your own sales pipeline 100% through outbound prospecting.

  • Own the full sales cycle from A to Z (prospecting, qualification, demos, and closing) in a transactional sales context.

  • Close a high volume of deals with short sales cycles.

2. Co-Build the UK Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for this new market.

  • Identify and prioritize key segments.

  • Build, test, and iterate on the sales playbook.

3. Contribute to Commercial Strategy Improvement

  • Work closely with leadership to refine the UK positioning.

  • Share field insights to improve the product roadmap, features, and pricing.


Preferred experience

  • First experience in transactional B2B SaaS sales.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with uncertainty.

  • Highly resilient, especially during outbound prospecting.

  • Fast learner and quick to adapt.

  • Results-oriented and ambitious.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong startup culture fit: autonomy, ownership, and execution speed.

Bonus:

  • Experience in LegalTech / AI-native tools.

  • Existing network within the UK legal market.


Recruitment process

  1. ~30-minute video call with the Standalone Sales Manager, Thibaut

  2. In-person business case role-play with Thibaut et 1 Senior AE.

  3. Final rounds with project lead Diane and Antoine, CEO to better understand your ambition and motivation to join Tomorro.
