Role Overview
As Sales Operations Manager – Refurbish on Demand, you will operate at the crossroads of Sales, Operations, and Quality.
Your mission: manage and grow customer programs end-to-end — from purchase order to delivery — ensuring commercial success, operational alignment, and flawless execution.
You will act as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Quality, Finance) and external partners (suppliers, assessment centers, clients), ensuring seamless coordination from order to delivery.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer interaction, data, and process excellence to scale a high-growth program.
Your top priority: ensure end-to-end delivery excellence and help scale processes across the Refurbish on Demand program.
Customer Program Management
Manage and grow key customer programs within the Refurbish on Demand service.
Serve as the primary contact for procurement teams, defining commercial and technical parameters for each order.
Translate customer requirements into structured and compliant device flows.
Sales Operations Coordination
Work with the Sales team to assess purchase orders and source available stock through Dipli’s network of partners.
Consolidate offers, validate pricing and coordinate order confirmations.
Ensure seamless handover and alignment between Sales and Operations once deals are confirmed.
Operational Coordination & Quality Alignment
Be the central coordination point between Sales, Operations, Quality, and external partners to guarantee on-time, compliant deliveries.
Coordinate with the Ops & Quality team on key milestones: reception, testing, packaging, and delivery planning.
Monitor performance indicators (quality rate, timelines, order completion, defect management).
Oversee the credit note and supplier reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze results and identify improvement levers for efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Propose actionable recommendations to enhance workflows and customer experience.
Contribute to the industrialization and scaling of ROD processes across accounts.
Experience: 4–7 years in sales operations, account management, or supply chain roles, ideally within retail, telco, or refurbished electronics ecosystems.
Education:
Engineering or business school background preferred.
Strong operational or data management understanding required.
Skills:
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with comfort handling data, flows, and KPIs.
Experience dealing with procurement or B2B customers.
Fluent in English and French.
Mindset:
