As part of the Online Acquisition team, you will be in charge of scaling lead generation and customer acquisition through new and existing Paid channels. Paid acquisition plays a big role in our company’s business and you’ll have the opportunity to have a direct impact on Agicap’s growth.
As a Performance Marketing Manager at Agicap, you will :
Manage our performance marketing campaigns on existing paid channels (Search, Paid Social, DisplayNetworks, …) in autonomy: build, deploy, run and iterate to deliver the best ROAS possible
Maintain a clear test roadmap and communicate with other Paid Managers and members of the Acquisition team to challenge the playbook: new channels, creatives, audiences, landing pages…
Work closely with the local team of your assigned markets to support Lead generation and ensure end-to-end performance (lead to customer)
Collaborate with our Studio and Brand Team to build high-quality creatives and report on their performance.
Ensure high quality and relevancy of our ad copy and creatives following our brand guidelines.
More than 5 years of demand generation and/or customer acquisition in a high-growth B2B /B2C company
You have a demonstrated ability to work and influence decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with stakeholders across different markets
Strong performance marketing skills : SEM, Paid Social, Data & attribution have no secrets for you.
Performance-maniac mindset and will to make an impact
Excellent analytical skills: You are a data-driven person, you have a strong understanding of data analytic and you know how to be creative based on data insights.
Advanced knowledge of how to analyze the whole user journey is a plus
You thrive in an international environment, working in English with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
