In order to coordinate La Vie’s exciting projects 🥓🌎, We need a talented project manager to join the project team of Justine & Camille!

We have the following missions for you:

• You will assign team members from different departments to the project and ensure an efficient communication and follow up between all team members and stakeholders

• You will create the project timeline, define and monitor all critical milestones and follow up on the progress of all departments

• You reassure efficient decision taking and problem solving within the team when confronted with challenges

• You will run cost simulations

Upcoming projects😀

• You will coordinate the geographic extension of an existing product to a new export country

• You will identify new co-manufacturers & handle the production transfer

• You will be managing the changes in artwork (packaging : text, logo, ingredient list…), recipe & ingredient changes

• You will handle the listing of new customers

• You will deal with the introduction of new raw material & packaging materials suppliers

You are joining our adventure in a crucial phase with many career opportunities : The sky’s the limit! 🚀

• You have by preference 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally food industry (but not mandatory), including 3 yrs experience in a Project manager role

• You have by preference a degree in engineering and are certificated project manager

• You have demonstrated excellent communication skills both verbal as written (presentations and reporting)

• You are diplomatic with an outstanding ability to influence others at all levels of the business

• You have the ability to mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions

• You are Fluent in English and French

• Last but not least: You are ready to deepdive in the world of plant based meat! 💚

You will have a first video call with HR, a second interview with your manager Justine, and a business case to complete and present!
