Roshan, Head of Supply chain and your future manager, has following exciting missions for you:

• Your market knowledge allows you to quickly identify new potential ingredients, materials, and suppliers that can bring La Vie’s innovation process to the next level
• You are in charge of the risk management by ingredient and supplier & the updates of contingency plans
• You are building a category plan per ingredient based on your market insights
• Collaborating with your colleagues in R&D and innovation, you will improve our key metrics and minimize the time-to-market for La Vie’s new product launches
• You built a strong relationship with our suppliers & co-manufacturers with regular contact to ensure our ingredient supply availability and optimal stock levels
• You manage negotiations with our suppliers on yearly base
• You play an active role in cost saving projects
• You are managing our internal stock between supplier and Co-manufacturer
• You take care of the order and invoice management for ingredients
• You can call yourself owner of the “Ingredient masterdata”
• You are taking care of the internal alignment between procurement and D&S team

• You have minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry working B2B, buying raw proteins, raw materials, aroma’s and colors
• You have strong relation building skills and an adaptive communication style
• You are experienced in preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiating terms
• You don’t feel like running off when dealing with data. Actually: you even love to analyse them!🔢
• You thrive in a fast moving startup environement
• You have a strong interest in the world of plant based food🌱
• You are Fluent in English. French is a really nice plus!
