JOB DESCRIPTION
In the team « Healthcare professionnels community », you will participate in the implementation of the marketing and communication strategy to acquire as many caregivers as possible in Germany!

1. GERMANY MARKET ANALYSIS

• Analysis of the medical community in Germany (universities, institutions, key events, routines and habits of doctors, etc.)
• Monitor competition and feedback to team

2. IMPLEMENTATION OF ACQUISITION STRATEGY

• Content creation (visuals, gifs, videos…) and publication on our social media (IG, FB, Twitter, Linkedin) according to an editorial schedule
• Creation and publication of content in the application (stories, videos…)
• Research, identification and development of partnerships with influencers
• Development and management of partnerships with medical associations

3. COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT:

• Content creation for social media
• Interaction across social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn

3. MANAGEMNT OF USER EXPERIENCE
a. User satisfaction: respond to emails received from users and comments made on Google play and Apple and raise technical issues with the tech team
b. Translation of documents and emails from French to German

• You are bilingual in German and have a B2 level in French
• Good knowledge of the German culture
• You are demanding and ambitious, you always try to do your best,
• You are able to work on different complementary projects at the same time
• You are curious and force of proposal,
• You are rigorous and organized
• You have good interpersonal and editorial skills,
• You have an appetite for the health sector,
• You are interested in the digital sector and health innovations,
• Master of Adobe suite is a plus
