Graduate from an engineering school and a master's degree in corporate finance, Thibault joined 2-30 Media in 2016, initially to structure and professionalize the administrative and financial function. He is currently Co-Manager of 2-30 Media and responsible for financial and HR aspects.
Passionate about new technologies, he is convinced that diversity fosters creativity and innovation. In a constant quest to create added value, he is committed to supporting the company's growth by promoting the autonomy and continuous training of product managers.
A gourmet and attentive to the well-being of its employees, he naturally became the leader in barbecue cooking.
The quiet strength perfectly describes Médélia, always the right word, she is an outstanding coach and knows how to adapt her management according to the personalities of her team. After working for INSEEC Bordeaux, Médélia joined 2-30 Media in 2013 after several years in Belgium in communication.
First in charge of content management, she then turned to traffic acquisition and monetization with the launch of a free sample site in French-speaking and Dutch-speaking Belgium.
Today Team Leader, she supports product managers in non-French-speaking European countries on a daily basis in achieving their objectives.
After completing her internship in 2017 during business school, Léa developed and strengthened the loyalty business at 2-30 Media. Her offbeat humour and commitment bring positive energy to the whole team.
2-30 Media allowed her to perfect her know-how and develop her recruitment and management skills, thus offering her the opportunity to become Head of Loyalty for French-speaking countries.
Passionate about her profession, her role is to form a team and develop products while adapting to technological innovations to build customer loyalty.
2-30 Media is a web editor providing online content to Internet users and qualified leads to advertisers. Mainly focused on product testing and good deals, the company is active in 10 countries across Europe and Latin America.
