Missions 📣

You will play a key role in reaching 4x growth in 2023 by owning the most critical system in the company, at the heart of our client activation, conversion and retention.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-funded company, at a stage where product-market fit is confirmed but full market potential is still largely untouched : the next step is to make sure all key business components are ready for massive scale.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial profile, willing to get her/his hands dirty during the set-up phase, but most importantly at ease with fast growth journeys and with the potential & experience to absorb & structure rapid scaling.

You will be reporting to the Growth Lead but with a transverse scope across Ops, Sales, Customer Success, Tech and Portfolio managers. You will work alongside seasoned teammates who did the journey in some of the most successful start-ups and are keen to do it again, while capitalizing on their previous XP to do even better.

Responsibilities 🙌

Global owner of our client communications, cross-channel and cross-teams

Cover the full user journey and coordinate all client-facing teams (Ops, Sales, Growth, Customer Success, Tech & Product, Portfolio managers, etc) to build a consistent communication strategy.

Optimize the performance of all communications to ensure the right message is pushed at the right moment with the right channel to the right clients, and that communications are aligned with our identity & brand values.

In charge of maximizing mid-funnel conversion rate

Define CRM strategy & roadmap to deliver business targets

Maximize CRM’s contribution to growth by optimizing lead activation through nurturing

Segment our user base to maximize the ROI and/or engagement of each campaign

Responsible for the scalability of CRM stack

Own our CRM stack, from data centralization to marketing automation, striving to keep it simple, efficient and scalable.

Re-examine our current tools (eg Hubspot), determine which are the best to meet each team’s requirements and lead implementation, supported by the Tech team.

Build & maintain the governance, processes, documentation & alerts to ensure reliability, robustness, scalability & client centricity in our CRM workflows

Build data analytics for CRM (with the support of our data team), combining user-centric KPIs in addition to campaign-centric KPIs.

Preferred Experience ✅

Able to go back & forth between strategy & implementation, from helicopter-view to attention to details

Successful track-record (>6-8y) of leveraging CRM to deliver ambitious business targets (eg MRR, conversion rates, etc)

Proven experience in setting up, migrating and/or managing CRM & emailing tools (we use Hubspot but it could be others : Braze, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc)

Highly analytical, rigorous and data-driven, you’re at ease talking with Data & Tech teams

Self-driven, at ease with a fast-paced and challenging environment and results-oriented : you’ll go through the door or the window to move the needle

Humble & eager to test, take chances, adapt & grow, personally and professionally

Perfectly fluent in both English and French (we work in English)

Bonus: Experience in product management, data analytics or business intelligence
