What will be your mission?

  1. Driving process of customer relationships (users are RSSI, devops, redteams, developers…) : be the voice of our customers in Yogosha, and in fine ensure customer success (loyalty, renew, upsell)
  2. Driving the success of our community of hackers, with the help of our security experts currently in place at Yogosha
  3. Driving this team of experts and help us to make it grow by recruiting new talents and onboard them
  4. Driving support
  5. Driving client documentation (related to client and community support)
  6. Driving large projects with partners

Požadavky na pozici

What we are looking for

  • Someone who is business and results oriented, with a passion for process and a strong experience in building and managing teams
  • Someone who knows what “customer centric” and how to make it real
  • Strong knowldege of the SaaS industry
  • Strong leadership and team work capacity
  • Knows Jira, Zendesk (or equivalent)
  • Data analysis
  • Strategic planning process
  • Fluent English
    Being a project management expert is more important, for this position, than being a cybersecurity expert.
