Role Description

This is a contract position for the role of Head of Marketing and Communication at Yoga Room. As the Head of Marketing and Communication, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and growth of Yoga Room, with one simple goal, to make Brussels the European Capital of Yoga.

Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing all marketing and communication activities, managing internal and external communications, developing branding and promotional materials, and collaborating with the management team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, focused on the quality of our teachers, the diversity of our offer and the uniqueness of our studios. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for both on-site work in Brussels and remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience in the yoga industry or wellness sector is a plus

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
