To support our growing product marketing and content operations efforts, we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and reliable intern to help drive key content initiatives — from internal knowledge management to external-facing assets.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Learning Innovation, acting as her right hand, and collaborate closely with our Content team. You’ll be exposed to strategic topics like product positioning, pedagogical messaging, and content structuring, and contribute to projects that have a real impact on our growth and visibility.
This is a unique opportunity to:
Work at the intersection of education, marketing, and tech
Contribute to high-visibility content for a widely-used product
Learn how a SaaS company builds its product story and pedagogical voice
Assist in preparing internal resources, training content, communication materials, or reference documents (e.g. quick guides on pedagogical concepts)
Provide cross-functional support on strategic projects related to product positioning and pedagogical strategy
Contribute to our watch to enrich our content and messaging
Contribute to the production of content (writing, scripts, layouts, light video editing) in product marketing and pedagogy
Update and enrich our internal content library (articles, videos, testimonials, slides, etc.)
Identify each resource’s topic, angle, and key themes to improve discoverability and reuse
Oversee the operational migration of a YouTube channel and a blog (sorting, verification, publication)
Occasionally support web content updates
Organized and methodical, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable reading and understanding written content (e.g. articles, video scripts, transcripts), and able to quickly identify the main idea, angle, and themes
Digitally fluent: no technical skills needed, but you’re at ease navigating digital tools and can learn new ones quickly
Clear communicator, both written and verbal, in French and English (Spanish or Italian is a plus)
Content-savvy, with the ability to think strategically about content — not just as words, but as assets that serve a communication or marketing goal
Curious about pedagogy, edtech, product marketing, and eager to contribute meaningfully to those areas
💡 You might be a good fit if you’re, for example:
A student in communications, marketing, education, or business, with a strong interest in digital content
The editorial mind in your group, always organizing ideas and polishing the message
Someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into accessible, well-structured content
Naturally curious and always collecting resources or inspiration to share with others
