Mission

The VP People’s mission is to create the conditions for Vizzia’s scale-up. Our goal is to grow extremely fast (2.5x per year) while continuing to develop and protect our culture, increasing our efficiency, and preserving our capacity for innovation. To succeed, Vizzia must be brought to best-in-class People practices across the entire employee lifecycle. This is a key mission, carried out in close partnership with the founders and the executive team.

Responsibilities

1. Organization & workforce planning

  • Design a clear, scalable organization with unambiguous roles and responsibilities.

  • Lead headcount planning in line with strategy, budget, and business priorities.

  • Anticipate critical needs and quickly adjust resource allocation.

2. Performance & managerial standards

  • Define and operate a demanding, consistent performance system across the company.

  • Support managers in performance management and continuous feedback.

  • Address underperformance swiftly to protect collective effectiveness.

3. Compensation, career & development

  • Structure levels, compensation, and career paths in a coherent and fair way.

  • Ensure promotion and salary increase decisions are fact-based and aligned with standards.

  • Develop key skills and secure leadership pipelines.

4. People operations, compliance & risk

  • Ensure reliability across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll, mobility, exits).

  • Manage employee relations, sensitive situations, and investigations with rigor and fairness.

  • Ensure legal compliance and proactively anticipate HR risks.

5. Culture, People data & governance

  • Roll out a strong, consistent culture aligned with Vizzia’s values.

  • Drive People decisions through clear KPIs, reliable tools, and governance rituals.

  • Structure internal communication and support company-wide transformations.

  • Senior HR leader, focused on business impact and execution.

  • Very strong ability to structure, prioritize, and scale.

  • Comfortable with performance, compensation, and governance topics.

  • Strong data & KPI mindset: you make decisions based on facts.

  • Excellent communicator: clear, direct, and unambiguous.

  • Able to set a demanding framework while building trust and engagement.

  • Aligned with Vizzia’s values: transparency, high standards, team spirit, and service mindset.
