You are the operational anchor of the office—the person who makes sure everything works, all the time, so everyone can focus on what truly matters.
Ensure offices are clean, functional, and suited to Vizzia’s current and future needs. Deliver a frictionless employee experience—from day-to-day operations to onboarding—by anticipating pain points and maintaining a high level of internal satisfaction.
Ensure the availability and reliability of tools, equipment, and services (IT, supplies, vendors). Handle internal requests through clear, prioritized processes with controlled turnaround times, while communicating proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards for the premises. Run administrative processes (invoices, supporting documents, payments) with rigor to enable on-time monthly and quarterly closes.
Track the Office Management budget on a daily basis, justify and optimize spend, and arbitrate based on ROI. Select, negotiate, and manage vendors with high standards for quality, cost, and timelines, and measure their performance over time.
Organize smooth, high-impact internal events that reflect Vizzia’s culture and strengthen team cohesion. Identify, prioritize, and deliver cross-functional continuous improvement projects with measurable impact on the employee experience.
