Join Via, a leading transportation technology and service provider, as a Field Operations Manager. In this high-ownership, boots-on-the-ground role, you will oversee daily operations, tackle real-time challenges, and continuously improve the rider and driver experience. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, making informed decisions, supporting drivers, implementing operational improvements, and acting as the operational bridge between city partners, drivers, and Via central teams. This is a fully in-person position based in Council Bluffs, IA or Omaha, NE.

As a Field Manager on Via’s Operations team, you are the force that keeps our services running reliably for the communities that depend on them.
