We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Bid Manager to lead and coordinate responses to formal client procurement requests for EMEA region. This will include Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Informations (RFI), Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), and Invitations to Tenders (ITT). You will play a key role in producing high-quality, persuasive proposals that showcase our strengths, values and positioning as a most trusted Atlassian partner. Please send your CV in English.

Do you have what it takes to be our new Bid Manager ?

You have +3 years proven experience managing complex bids, preferably within a tech or IT environment. You demonstrate strong project management capabilities and can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Your writing, analytical, and communication skills are exceptional, along with a high level of organization and attention to detail. You’re able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You also bring excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership qualities—someone who can inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward a common goal.

Fluency in English is required, as it is the company's primary working language. In addition, fluency in the local language of your office location is mandatory (e.g., French for Paris, German for Berlin, English for London).
