Working closely with the HR Director to produce and submit HR reports and assist on HR projects
Support onboarding for new hires in France and internationally, including managing required registrations, and helping employees navigate local processes.
Track time off, sick leave, and working hours to ensure accuracy and compliance with French labor standards.
Manage employee benefits, including health insurance (mutuelle), meal vouchers, and transportation reimbursements.
Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related questions, including contracts, pay, leave, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with French employment laws and keep documentation and practices up to date with local regulations.
Help to follow HR analytics
Have experience in HR coordination or administration with a focus on French labor laws and processes.
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience working at a start-up.
Experience with Lucca system is a big plus
Working with US, Germany and Greek labor laws is a plus
Communicate clearly in both French and English.
