Join our fast-growing organization as a Business Developer in the Aerospace and Defense / Manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for developing a customer portfolio, building and maintaining senior-level client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving account penetration strategies. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of business development experience in an IT services company, a proven track record in the Aerospace & Defense sector, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English and French is required.

Your mission will be to

·       develop a customer portfolio to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.

·       Build & maintain senior-level client relationships within Aerospace & Defense industry

·       Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities

·       Lead commercial aspects of large-scale pre-sales engagements

·       Develop tailored value propositions aligned with client needs

·       Drive account penetration strategies & open new verticals

·       Monitor commercial performance and ensure revenue growth targets are met


Požadavky na pozici

  • ·       10-15 years of business development experience in an IT services company (ESN)

    ·       Proven track record in Aerospace & Defense sector

    ·       Strong understanding of complex, long-cycle sales process

    ·       Experience managing deals >50M

    ·       Excellent negotiation, communication and client facing skills

    ·       Appreciated experience in the sale of offshore solutions/ services

    ·       Fluent English and French
