We are looking for

A true hunter at heart with an appetite for closing and negotiation 

- Significant and successful experience as an Account Executive or Business Developer (minimum 3 years) 

- An appetite for short sales cycles (20 days on average at Spendesk!) and the desire to achieve large volumes

- Organizational skills, active listening skills, curiosity, rigor and excellent sales methodologies to be able to evolve independently 

- Successful experience in B2B 

- An excellent level of speech (concision, synthesis, vocabulary) to capture our prospects and meet their requirements 

- A growth mindset with a thirst for continuous improvement and excellence

- A caring, team player who takes and implements the feedback received

- A perfect level of French and English 

Your missions

- You will be responsible for meeting (and exceeding!) a portion of Spendesk's acquisition target

- You will work with the Business Development and Operations teams to identify and engage the most relevant prospects in the French market

- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing:

prospecting > qualification > discovery > technical validation > commercial proposal > signature

- You will develop your expertise on the strategic and operational issues of the financial functions and business leaders in order to create value for them through a consultative approach

- You will collaborate with the Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams to improve the customer experience

- You will contribute to the growth and success of the team by proactively sharing your best practices

What you can expect from the process:

 

1. A 30 min video call with Lucie, Talent Acquisition Partner, to fully understand your career aspirations and answer any questions you have

2. A 45 min video call with one your potential future manager (Clémentine, Clément or Raphaël) to better understand the role and to align expectations 

3. A 60 min video call with 2 Sales teams members to present your case study. We will assess your hardskills and methodology and you will picture your day-to-day as an AE at Spendesk 

4. A 45 min cultural fit interview with a team member to share our values and discover Spendesk’s culture (possibility to come on site for this step) 

5. A 30 min final interview with Stephane, our Country Manager for the French market (possibility to come on site for this step)
