Développeur, architecte, lead, manager et CTO au sein de divers univers métiers tels que l'aéronautique ou le marketing digital, c’est en 2018 que Grégory rejoint les équipes SoCloz.

Désormais CTO et manager de la team technique, son rôle est de contribuer à faire évoluer l’entreprise pour lui permettre d’avoir un coup d’avance sur les besoins du marché retail. Réconcilier la vente en ligne et le commerce physique grâce à la technologie est un challenge auquel il croit et pour lequel il se bat au quotidien.

After a Master's degree specializing in digital marketing at a business school, Anaïs started out as a digital project manager.

In 2016, she joined an agency specializing in the creation and management of sites dedicated to loyalty/stimulation in BtoB. After, she changed of agency to manage web projects for the mainstream.

In 2020, she decided to devote herself to the evolution of a product and then became a product owner.

In 2021, she joined the product division of SoCloz as product owner. She was then partly responsible for defining and designing the product offered by SoCloz.

C’est d’abord à Madrid que Zineb pose ses valises et plus précisément à l’Université Complutense ou elle obtient une maitrise en traduction – interprétariat.

De retour à Paris, elle décide de compléter sa formation avec une licence professionnelle en commerce et marketing international au sein de l’Université Paris VIII. Zineb débute sa carrière au sein du showroom de mode d’une société spécialisée dans la production, l’import et la distribution de la marque de vêtement Joe’s.

Véritable « expérience révélation » du secteur retail, elle rejoint alors les équipes de SoCloz en tant que Cheffe de projets. Zineb accompagne avec talent depuis plus de 4 ans l’implémentation de la plateforme omnicanale SoCloz au sein des infrastructures techniques des enseignes.

After 5 years in similar positions in digital world, Frédéric joined SoCloz in 2019 as Customer Success Manager. His functional and technical skills allow him to exchange with all types of interlocutors (retail, digital and IS management) in order to accomplish his main missions: listening, support and satisfaction. On a daily basis, he supports brands such as Maisons du Monde, the Beaumanoir group, la Foir'Fouille and many others !

After a degree in Political Economics in Italy, Ndeye did his Master's degree at the University of Avignon, specializing in International Trade.

She decided to continue her professional career with SoCloz following her internship within the company as a Customer Service Agent.

Ndeye assists retail customers and their field teams in stores in the use of the SoCloz platform and reports on improvements to be made to the SoCloz teams concerned.

Every day is a challenge to better satisfy and assist retail customers.

Après plus de 6 ans passés dans l’univers des Start-up, du SaaS et du Retail, Gaspard démarre son aventure chez SoCloz en 2017 en tant que Sales Executive pour prendre ensuite la Direction Commerciale un an plus tard.

Passionné par le digital et le Retail, Gaspard est un pur chasseur. Persévérant et très déterminé, il sait parfaitement jongler entre ses différentes cibles (clients, prospects et leads).

En plus d'accompagner au quotidien ses équipes pour les amener à toujours plus se dépasser, Gaspard accompagne la stratégie commerciale de SoCloz avec de fortes ambitions de déploiement à l'international mais aussi d’innovation produit afin de révolutionner toujours plus le marché retail.
