As a Working Student - Digital Content & SharePoint Design, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic global team. This role goes beyond administrative tasks; you'll actively contribute to optimizing and managing our critical SharePoint platforms, enhancing visual communication, and creating compelling training content. Your Contribution to Our Team:

• Support in the conception, graphic design, and implementation of visually appealing SharePoint pages within ongoing projects, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
• Structuring and maintenance of content, as well as sophisticated visual preparation of project-related information, including infographics, layouts, and branding elements.
• Collaborate with project managers to appropriately present processes and results through compelling visual narratives and intuitive SharePoint structures.
• Contribute to the further development of existing SharePoint structures regarding usability and design, focusing on modern aesthetics and accessibility.
• Design, edit, and produce engaging training videos, utilizing innovative AI tools like Synthesia, to create dynamic and easily digestible learning content.
• Assist with the migration of existing SharePoint content to our learning platform 'My Learning World', ensuring a seamless and visually consistent transfer.
• Maintain existing SharePoint pages and adapt their design to the current structure, implementing best practices for digital aesthetics.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to gather relevant topics and implement them effectively in SharePoint and multimedia formats.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or having completed studies (m/f/d) in IT, media design, graphic design, communication design, business informatics, or a related creative/technical field.
• Initial experience with SharePoint or a strong willingness to learn and master the platform's design capabilities.
• Strong affinity for graphic design, visual communication, and user experience (UX) principles.
• Interest in or initial experience with video editing and AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., Synthesia).
• Independent, structured, creative, and solution-oriented working style.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of Power Platform is a plus. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
