SLB is seeking an intern to assist in the consolidation and creation of a centralized database for all documents and data related to its vessels fleet, within the Reservoir Performance Stimulation department.

This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic, international environment, with an opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and a chance to have a real impact by streamlining data management processes

Internship based in Paris (75007) for a duration of 3-4 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate all documents and data related to vessels into a single database

• Create and structure the database using Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

• Ensure all data is organized, clean, and easily retrievable

• Make the consolidated database available to relevant stakeholders

• Maintain documentation of processes and database structure

• Act as the key contact in this project

REQUIREMENTS

• Skills with Microsoft tools

• Understanding of database creation and management

• Proactive and resourceful, with good organizational skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written – team composed of non-French speakers)

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bac +2/3 in IT, Data Management

• Ability to take initiative and contribute to process improvement

• Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn
