Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a comprehensive Compensation Management, including all concepts and models. In collaboration with the entire HR team and other functions, you will ensure their efficient and effective implementation. The area of responsibility also includes all matters relating to the bonus and participation programs (Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP), Sales Commission Plan (SCP), Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) incl. equity program for management).

What you bring to the table
We are looking for a self-reliant, proactive, results-oriented and implementation-strong personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment characterized by post-merger integration. This includes that you enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and have strengths in communication and management of senior stakeholders.
For this position, you will have a degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Compensation/Rewards. We work with the HR System Abacus. Additionally, knowledge of Power BI is a plus in this role. You have a high affinity for numbers and your Excel skills are excellent.
Your strength in systematic/analytical thinking, passion for excellence, solution-oriented work style, and strong structuring and planning skills are essential for this challenging role.
If you also possess excellent English and German skills, you have the right qualifications.
