For better work-life balance, all our employees can start between 8 and 10 am (for the less early birds) and finish at 5 pm at the earliest. They can also shorten or extend their lunch breaks.

Throughout the year, we organise events that bring us together. Football tournaments, running and cycling races, fundraisers for charity projects, Secret Santas, picnics... There is something for everyone! Once a year, the annual 'All-Hands' seminar brings all employees together for a few days to discuss strategy, training and spend some quality time together. We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues on these occasions!

Created in 2022 by some of our colleagues with the support of the King Baudouin Foundation, the Renner Energy Fund supports projects with a positive impact in Belgium and France that are in line with our company's goals and values. The projects funded by the Fund deal with biodiversity, forests, agriculture, soil, water and initiatives to fight poverty. To this day, more than 10 of our employees are actively involved in the Fund and support the project leaders. If you want, you can also become an ambassador for the Fund.

Our offices are all easily accessible by soft mobility (train, metro, bus, bike, etc.) and we offer tailored solutions to encourage you to use it (paying for public transport, possibility of a company bike, etc.).
