Join our Prague team and help us shape the future of learning across Central and Eastern Europe! We are looking for someone who wants to connect HR and IT and support our colleagues’ growth.

What will you do?

  • Define the strategy and vision for our group’s learning technology.
  • Improve and manage our digital learning platforms (such as Learning Management Systems).
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to create an effective learning experience.
  • Stay updated on trends and new technologies and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure our systems meet the needs of users in different countries.

What do you need?

  • Experience in product management, ideally with HR or learning technology.
  • Agile and open mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong English (German is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and JIRA is an advantage.
  • University degree (in IT, HR, or Business preferred).
