Job Description

Remote with preference to candidates must be located in either Boston, Tampa or Dallas, for onsite meetings as needed. 

Quadient is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2B account executive team in the Chicago area. This role focuses on guiding a high-performing team in delivering client-focused solutions, including software, SaaS, hardware, and professional services.

  • Lead and mentor a consultative sales team to solve client challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales environment.
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and retaining top sales talent.
  • Manage and support complex solution sales.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) effectively.

Požadavky na pozici

  • Must have multi-family experience, with deep knowledge of smart locker industry.
  • 5+ years of sales team management with proven success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with impactful, consultative sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
