French Speaking Sales Development Representative

We are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team. You will be joining a global organisation, going through a major transformation and focusing on growth. We already have industry leading customers but are ready to invest in our sales team to attack the market. That is where you come in! We are looking for a hungry and ambitious individual who can learn fast, think on their feet and help refine our strategy and culture. Once you have made your mark, you should be aspiring to move on up through the ranks and progress.

Based out of our Stratford, London location. This is offered as a hybrid role. (2 days/week in office, 3 days at home)

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting a high performing, highly productive and positive culture for acquiring new customers by generating qualified appointments in line with business objectives. You will be representing a top-class portfolio of technology (both hardware and software) which put customer experience first with accurate, timely, personalised and low-cost mail and communications solutions. With the overall goal to generate revenue by qualifying leads for the Quadient field and Inside sales teams.

Your role in our future

  • Having effective conversations with new prospects and existing customers and generating appointments which will lead to sales of Quadient’s products and services.

  • Building strong relationships with all salespeople to ensure the appointments are converted into sales. This will be carried out through a consultative approach and gaining a deep understanding of customer needs.

  • Maintaining a positive and flexible attitude and deliver the required quality of appointments and exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

  • Prioritising the generation of appointments, in line with monthly, quarterly and annual quota expectation

  • Joining working groups, including marketing initiatives, to develop the strategy of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and improve current policies to constantly create further efficiency throughout the function.

  • Being proactive and reactive to Market conditions, specifically having knowledge of competitor information

Your profile

  • Bilingual French/English Fluent speaking

  • You’ll ideally have at least 6 months experience working in a similar role, but we are willing to forego this for someone with the right attitude and passion to deliver

  • You are passionate, hungry for success and driven by hitting goals

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate a contagious, positive outlook and are full of energy

  • You’re a natural relationship builder, able to strike up a conversation and easily build rapport

  • You’re willing, and able, to learn fast and feel their way through a new market

  • You’re prepared to be tested and push yourselves to your limits

  • You are resilient, able to adapt to the needs of the customer

  • You are self-aware, and confident in overcoming objections or hurdles
