Now is the time for Qonto to invest in advanced analytics. We created mid-2022 the Data Science team, you will join Marianne’s team and our 3 Data Scientists.

You will work with internal stakeholders from different departments Growth, Finance, Strategy, Risk & Compliance, People, Ops, Product, Tech on business topics as various as:

- optimizing marketing spends (example of a project here)

- optimizing pricing

- increasing retention

- identifying growth levers

- improving the Qonto product

- reducing wastes

Your stakeholders will make their decisions based on your insights, and you will have a high impact on Qonto’s growth in 2023 and ahead.

⭐ Mission: 

As a Senior Data Scientist-Analytics at Qonto, you will demonstrate a strong business sense in order to deliver impactful recommendations:

- Interact on a daily basis with key stakeholders (Finance, Growth, Strategy and Ops) and develop a strong partnership with business teams

- Challenge them to provide the most impactful recommendations

- Deliver slides or Notion pages, and do the storytelling to turn insights into impactful actions

You will also conduct data investigations:

- Extract needed data from our warehouse with SQL

- Design run experiments and monitor (A/B tests, GeoTest...) to help business teams assess their action's impact with R/Python and Metabase

- Use Statistics, Econometrics, and ML to introspect data with R/Python , models can be as wide as linear regressions and NLP models on clients’ feedback

- Spot defects and growth levers through in-depth data analyses with R/Python

As an expert in her field, she has hands-on experience in implementing Data Science models to serve cross-functional teams and deliver actionable insights. Marianne also has a true passion for mentoring and coaching the team.

Experience: You have strong expertise in data science and analytics for business decisions

Mastery: You are autonomous in gathering the data you need using SQL. You can easily perform exploratory data analysis with either R or Python. You master tools from statistics and econometrics involved in everything else being equal analyses.

Simplicity and customer-obsessed: You prefer simple solutions and are obsessed with business impact

Location: You are looking to work at the office in Paris and a few days remotely

Languages: You are fluent in English. French is a plus
