THE ROLE Join our growing Internal Audit team in Prague as a highly valued Individual Contributor who sees compliance as a strategic enabler, not a checklist. You will be a trusted advisor, helping to scale our internal controls and operational audit programs across a high-growth tech company. This highly visible role will lead the execution of our US SOX program while collaborating closely with business and IT teams across the globe, especially in the US.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the US SOX program, including planning, risk assessment, control design evaluation, testing, and reporting, in collaboration with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Drive process improvements and promote new ideas for audit execution by leveraging technology and data analytics tools (e.g., genAI, SQL) to influence more efficient and effective assessments.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to global business partners, providing guidance on controls, evaluating process changes, and developing remediation plans to mitigate identified risks and support company scale.
• Expand your scope beyond SOX by actively supporting operational audits, channel partner risk assessments, contract manufacturer reviews, and other special projects as a high-impact team member.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Deep expertise in leading and executing US SOX compliance programs, including a strong working knowledge of US PCAOB and SEC guidance (e.g., Accounting Standard 5).
• Proven ability to evaluate and assess complex business and IT processes and controls, with familiarity across major business applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and cloud service environments.
• A track record of using technology to enhance audit efficiency, specifically through audit automation, data analytics, or similar tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal English) to manage multiple tasks, collaborate globally, and influence stakeholders as a self-starter.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
