Processing over 5 billion images a year and downloaded over 150 million times, Photoroom is now the world's #1 AI photo-editing app, available across mobile, web, and via an API in over 180 countries.

We are at an exciting stage of our journey, having successfully raised our Series B and looking to scale to $100M ARR in 2024.

TL; DR

🤓 We are seeking a Chief of Staff to propel us to the next level! You will collaborate closely with our CEO on a wide range of critical company initiatives, enhancing our efficiency and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

💰 75k€-100k€* + Stock-Options/BSPCE

🇪🇺 We are a remote-friendly company, but for this specific role, we expect the candidate to be in our Paris office a minimum of 3 days per week.

✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (10k€ signing bonus), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa process.

🇬🇧 Photoroom is an international team, and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).

*We can go higher for outstanding profiles and we will adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than Paris.

✨ Your Core Mission ✨

  • Using your communication, data, and synthesising skills you help move the company in the right direction with clarity and pace. Our CEO will rely on you to help him focus on the most impactful topics, enabling and supporting him to lead the company through the next phase of growth.
  • Internal Communication: You create, lead, and continuously enhance initiatives to make sure every Photoroomer understands and is excited about our mission using simple and effective language. You also own comms around priorities and objectives to keep us focused and aligned across teams.
  • Meeting Ownership: Prepare and own the agenda, materials, minutes, and follow-up for meetings including the whole executive team.
  • Make things happen: We trust and expect you to move things forward in the right direction even in the absence of founders. No problem is too small or too big and you apply your skills to collaborate with people regardless of background, team, or level of seniority.
  • Investor Relations: An enabler between the team and investors, you play a central role in maintaining regular updates, board communications, and investor decks.

  • Experienced: You have 4 to 8 years of experience. You have both hands-on operator experience from fast growing start-up, as well as experience working in a consulting firm or VC/PE.
  • Analytical: Data is your comfort zone and you excel at breaking down complex, unstructured problems into actionable recommendations, leveraging your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Organized: Highly organized with a strong aptitude for project management, you effortlessly manage multiple priorities to ensure effective execution and delivery of projects.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, you possess exceptional communication and storytelling skills in this language, enabling seamless interaction within our diverse, international team and with investors.
