As a Data Analyst & Automation Manager, you will take full ownership of our data infrastructure, analytics, and internal data-driven automation projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our BI stack, building advanced data models to support business decision-making, and developing lightweight automations to improve internal processes.
You will work closely with the COO and cross-functional teams (Operations, RevOps, Product) to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire BI stack:
Monitor ETL pipelines (Stitch) and handle incident resolution.
Maintain and develop data transformation pipelines in DBT.
Manage scheduled queries and pipelines in BigQuery.
Build and maintain LookML models, dashboards, and user access in Looker.
Build advanced data models to support cross-functional initiatives (e.g. pricing optimization, mission-photographer matching algorithms, operational forecasts, etc.).
Develop and maintain small-scale Python automations to replace manual processes, in collaboration with the RevOps manager.
Ensure data quality, availability, and consistency across all systems.
Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver actionable data products.
Continuously improve and evolve the data stack to support the company’s growth.
Preferred experience
4+ years experience in Data Analytics / BI / Data Engineering, ideally in a tech or tech-enabled environment.
Strong experience across the full BI stack: DBT, BigQuery, Looker (LookML).
Proficient in SQL (data modeling, analysis, troubleshooting).
Proficient in Python (automation scripts, data processing, small-scale models).
Solid understanding of applied data science techniques (forecasting, optimization, scoring models).
Highly autonomous, capable of owning and driving the full data & automation scope.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
