Let us present you the oportunity to join our Commercial team Orkla Foods Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, as a renowned leading FMCG company, to the challenging role Group Key Account Manager and be at the forefront of driving growth and success in the dynamic FMCG market.

Job Responsibilities: 👇🏼

  • Preparing business strategy and plans for a team of Senior and Key Account Managers
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish company objectives
  • Fully responsible for negotiating of annual business conditions including their contracting
  • Suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants
  • Long-term fixation of action plans with focusing on optimizing the product mix
  • Collaborates with the planning/logistics department to create regular forecasts
  • Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Procurement, Marketing temas including Product Management and Logistics
  • Regular development in the field Key Account Management within FMCG area to be productive and creative
  • Responsability for long-term development of the team and delivery of business results
  • Cross department cooperation - linking internal sales values and goals across departments
  • Supports effective communication with the field sales team and fills in KAM info for dedicated customers
  • Regularly visits customers' outlets to check execution of our products and monitor of the competitors

What is your key to success? 🔐

  • Previous working experience as Group KAM or minimum Senior KAM
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships with strong customer orientation
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the FMCG industry
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent time and project management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking approach and problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
  • Czech, Slovak language Professional, Fluent English spoken and written (min. level B2)
