Who are they?

At moka.care, they believe that mental health is key for sustainable growth, both as individuals and as companies. Through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions, they make it possible for every employee to talk about anything, at the right time and, most importantly, with the right person.
Alongside their psychologists, coaches and therapists, they help companies take action for the well-being of their teams, and achieve healthy and sustainable growth.

Since their creation in January 2020, more than 100 companies (L’Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and they now have over 15,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

While always keeping a sustainable vision of team growth, their team is growing fast, with already 60 people onboard! They are not stopping there and want their team to keep growing as their product, to help them make mental health accessible to as many people as possible, and to become the European leader.

They have raised 17,5 million euros to help companies take care of the mental health of their employees and create healthy organizations.

Their investment fund is called Left Lane Capital and comes from the US!
They are experts in their field and will bring us a lot of knowledge on scaling great companies.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

We are growing and have more and more international partners. At moka.care we want to support each of our members in the best possible way! That's why, we are looking for a Portuguese or Spanish or English or German-speaking counsellor to take care of our non-French members.

You will work directly with Maguelonne (Head of Operations), and join Aurélie, Margaux, Hanna, Céline, Souha et Fabiola.

Daily you will :

Support our client facing activities:

- You will do “orientation calls” with our members: provide them with advice on how to choose the best practitioner for them and answering their questions on psychology, coaching or therapy

- You will attend a few calls with our clients to understand better their needs, refine our content to match their needs and support them in some mental health issues where they need support

- You will be in charge to deal with crisis managment calls

Help us to earn the love of the practitioners working with us:

- You will support their recruitment and their onboarding

- You will support the team on a number of activities aiming to engage practitioners and make them loyal to moka. You will make recommendations on what we could do to be more attractive to them and will help to implement these recommendations.

You will promote the mental health expertise of moka:

- You will develop related content (audios, articles etc.)

- You will animate collective sessions

- You will guide the moka team when building our product and support

You're the ideal person if

  • You hold a Master in Psychology
  • You are fluent in English - French is a plus
  • You have a native level of English or Portuguese or German or Italian or Spanish
  • You have 2-4 years of experience and previous experience in companies or consulting firms
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are very organized
  • You have excellent oral and listening skills
  • You are allowed to work in France - at the moment we do not sponsor visas
  • This opportunity is a full-time position / permanent contract - If you already work as a practitioner and want to create a partnership with us, you can fill in this form. We will be happy to discuss about the opportunity to join our community of practitioners ! Keep in mind that you need to have +3 years of experience, have a state-approved diploma or an ICF/EMCC certification if you are a coach, and be supervised/be part of intervision group
